Watt and Murray, Fasti, 423: Adam occurs as Adam, vicar of Stirling on 9 December 1253. He is probably the same as A. of Tyninghame, official of Lothian.
Watt, Graduates, 551: Adam occurs as a witness to an act of Bishop Gamelin in 1262, though he is not yet Master. He is also called 'Symmyngham' and was rector of 'Jesrych' (presumably Erskine).
