William of Cresswell, chancellor of Moray

Biography: Watt and Murray, Fasti, 72, 295: William was archdeacon of Brechin, occurring on 23 November 1284 and again 10 January 1285. He probably moved to the chancellorship of Moray by 26 Oct. 1294. He was precentor of Moray, occurring on 28 August 1296.
