Robert, king of Scots, has granted to Crossraguel abbey all their lands that they hold of him in the earldom of Carrick (AYR), namely five pennylands of Crossraguel (AYR) and of 'Suthbarne', one pennyland called 'Clenacheth', one pennyland called 'Balecristen' Lorkauch' (Balcriston, AYR), two pennylands with half of tenement of 'Dunnehyne' (Dinhome, AYR), one pennyland of the church of Kirkoswald (AYR)together with all its parochial churchlands, having and holding in free barony, with pit and gallows, toll and team, sake and soke, and infangenthef. Moreover, three pennylands namely the pennyland of 'Dalchorane', the pennyland of 'Corale' (Quarrel Hill, AYR), and the pennyland of 'Hachechneuach' which the said religious men have by donation of Edward the king's brother in free barony.
