Description
David, king of Scots, has given the bishop, chapter, and college of canons of the church of Aberdeen the right of patronage of the church of Philorth in Buchan (ABD), converted forever in proprios usos (for their own uses); having and holding in pure and perpetual alms, according to the statutes of the church of Aberdeen, as freely as his predecessors the kings of Scots gave them, saving the right of the rector until the time that he leaves or dies.
