Description: David, king of Scots, has seen and diligently understood a charter of John Campbell, earl of Atholl. [Charter of Earl John to Lord Roger de Mortimer knight of all his land of Ballandro (KCD) with his whole part of Peattie (KCD), and a third of his demesne land of Inverbervie (KCD).] The king approves, ratifies and confirms this charter in all its points to Roger de Mortimer and his son William, saving his service.
