Description
David, king of Scots, has given his beloved and faithful Richard Sinclair, all his land of Findlater (BNF), which was Joan of Findlater's, and which Joan resigned to the king at Dundee on the last day of July, AD 1366, by staff and baton; holding by Richard and Joan, whichever lives longer, and their lawfully procreated children, failing which, by John's legitimate heirs, in feu and heritage, as freely as Joan had it before her resignation, for the render owed annually by custom.
