Pope Innocent IV establishes to the abbot and convent of Kelso the agreement made between the monastery and the bishops of St Andrews and Glasgow at the mediation of John, cardinal priest of St Stephan in Celio Monte, then papal legate, concerning all the churches which Kelso has in the diocese of St Andrews and Glasgow, as done by Pope Honorius his predecessor. (Here he recites the agreement by John of Salerno (Kel. Lib., ii, no. 427).)
