Margaret of Ardross, daughter of Sir Merleswain, former (or late) lord of Innergellie (FIF), writes to Sir William, bishop of St Andrews, informing him that she has appointed Sir Hugh of Pearsby, her husband, as her procurator in her resignation to the bishop of all the land of Innergelly, to the infeftment of Dryburgh Abbey in the same land, in pure and perpetual alms, for the welfare of the soul of her husband Sir Hugh and herself, saving to the bishop the annual renders coming from that land.
