An agreement is made between the abbot and convent of Dunfermline and John of Inchmartine, son and heir of the late Sir Alexander of Inchmartine over the land which the abbey asserted belonged by right to the church of Strathardle (PER), whereby the abbot and convent have quitclaimed to John of Inchmartine and his heirs in perpetuity all right and claim that they had in the apdaine of ‘Kylmichael’ (Kirkmichael, PER) and Dalreach (PER), saving teinds, etc., for three marks annually, half at Pentecost and half at Martinmas, except the lands next to the church by stated bounds.
