Margaret, once the wife of John Page of Coldingham, has sold and quitclaimed to Geoffrey de Castro, cellarer of Coldingham, and his successors for a certain sum of money handeed over to her by him, the whole right and claim that she had in the land or toft that once belonged to John Page her husband and lies on the west side of the almonry of Coldingham near the old pond; which toft the said Geoffrey bought from John, the son of John Page, my legitimate son and heir, for the augmentation of the Almonry of Coldingham, in perpetual possession.
