Description
David de Haye has given, granted and by this his charter established to Lindores Abbey in perpetual and pure alms, for the welfare of the souls of his wives Eithne and Eva, and others, a third part of his fishery on the sands of Clashbenny (PER), and a third part of his fishery on ‘Rugesablun contra Colcric’ (PER), saving the fisheries standing with stakes and fences.
