William of Lumley, with the approval and agreement of his wife and his heirs, has resigned and quitclaimed to Saint Cuthbert and the monks at Coldingham one toft and croft in the villa of Coldingham, the one that Thomas, prior of Coldingham, gave to him, and that lies between the house of Adam de Carram and the house of John of Hunsingore.
