Adam of Heiton and Helen his wife have sold to the house of Melrose for 10 pounds of sterling their land in 'Hungerig’ which they held in the territory of Mow (ROX) from Robert of Pollok and Isabella, his wife, and a certain meadow below ‘Hedredissete’ which is called ‘Holemede’ which they held of Lady Eschina and her heirs and all right which they had or were able to have in the land. The monks are to return 10 shillings annually to Isabella, daughter of Robert Crock, or her heirs, namely five shillings at Pentecost and five shillings at the feast of Saint Martin.
