Description: Eugene or Ewen, son of Amabilla, daughter of Samuel, recognising and understanding that the manor of Stobo (PEB) with its pertinents, is the right of St Kentigern and by right belongs to the church of Glasgow, has resigned and quitclaimed all right that he may have had in it to Glasgow Cathedral and to Sir William, bishop of Glasgow, and touching the holy gospels, has sworn that he will not act at any time against this resignation and quitclaim.
