Elizabeth Bisset, daughter of the nobleman, the late Sir John Bisset, lady of Kilravock, spouse of the late Sir Andrew del Bois, in her free widowhood, has given, granted, and by this her present charter established, to Hugh de Ros (Rose) and Mary his spouse, her daughter, and their heirs, in feu and heritage, all her land of Kilravock (NAI), with all its just pertinents, liberties and easements, making forinsec service to the lord king that pertains to that land, and rendering to her and her heirs, one penny on Pentecost for all service, exaction, custom and secular demand, in perpetuity. If Mary dies without producing an heir, she will and grant that Kilravock shall remain with Hugh de Ros in his lifetime.
