Description
Robert, king of Scots, to his friends the consuls and burgermeisters of the city of Lübeck, Germany, stating that it has come to his notice that the merchants of their city and of other cities in Germany with their merchandise have been desiring to be admitted peaceably and courteously to his kingdom. He wishes them goodwill and wills joyfully for the merchants of Germany to observe all customs and liberties to in the times of his predecessors the kings of Scots
